FIRST SESSION:

Have client fill our suggestibility questionnaire and give regular first session pre-talk.

During counseling session get information of sleep history.

How long has insomnia been a problem?

What is going on in his/her life that might be contributing to insomnia?

Is there or has there been other family members who have experienced insomnia?

Is this a problem that exist when you go to bed to sleep?

If you wake up at night is it hard to get back to sleep?

Go over anticipatory anxiety. When one has trouble going to sleep one night and then another sometimes later, he/she may began to worry about getting to sleep and thus anticipatory anxiety set in and the more you try to got to sleep the harder it becomes.

SUGGESTIBILITY EXERCISES AND INDUCTION OF HYPNOSIS

SCRIPTS FOR FIRST SESSION:

CALM AND RELAXED: (Script found in "Pain Management and Enhancing Healing Protocol)

THE HEAVY BACKPACK: As you relax peacefully and calmly, imagine yourself walking down a beautiful country road. To the left of the country road is a field of beautiful flowers of various colors, sizes, and shapes. Beyond the flowers is a forest of majestic trees. To the right of the road is a pasture of green grass, at the foot of the pasture is a lake of blue clear water, by the lake of blue clear water are some trees, and there is a stream that flows from the hill in front of you. Down by the trees, into the lake of blue clear water.

There is only one thing wrong with this beautiful scene. On your back is a heavy backpack. It is weighting you down and preventing you from enjoying your walk in the country. There is nothing in that backpack which you need for your journey. In fact the backpack contains all of the conscious and subconscious reasons why you have trouble going to sleep.

I can't remove that backpack from your back, but you can. You can be free of the heavy backpack. It is a decision for you to make. Attached to each of your fingers is a trigger mechanism which will release the backpack if one of your fingers rise. If you want to be released from the conscious and subconscious reason why you are overweight, one of your fingers will feel very, very light, so light that it will float upwards. When the finger rises, the backpack will automatically fall from your back. Now just allow one of your fingers to rise. It may be the first finger on your right hand or the first finger on your left hand, it could be the second or third, or your little finger, or it could even be the thumb. By lifting a finger, you are symbolically letting go. That is good. Your first finger of your right hand is floating up. The backpack is gone. You feel free and comfortable. As the heavy weight of the backpack is gone, you feel a great relief. You feel free and comfortable. As the heavy weight of the backpack is gone, you feel a great relief. You have been released from conscious and subconscious reasons for insomnia. You are free to sleep easily, quickly, comfortable, peaceful through the night. If you should wake up during the night, you go back to sleep easily, quickly, comfortable, peaceful; sleeping till is appropriate for you to wake up or until someone wakes you up. You subconscious mind now knows that it is for your benefit for your well being for you to get a good nights sleep so your subconscious no helps you to drift into restful, peaceful natural sleep.

HYPNOSIS AS AN AID TO SLEEP: As you are relaxed and comfortable, see or imagine yourself going to bed tonight. See or imagine yourself practicing self hypnosis and upon completion, drifting into a restful peaceful sleep. When it is time to sleep, you find that you go to sleep easily and quickly. Your subconscious mind sees the need to help you sleep and is releasing all thoughts and ideas which are blocking your ability to sleep. As your subconscious helps you, you go to sleep with ease and sleep comfortably through the night.

You are able to sleep as long as you want to and you wake up when you feel it is appropriate for you to wake up or when someone wakes you. If something happens during the time you are sleeping to wake you, you can go back to sleep easily until it is the appropriate time to wake.

Whenever you want to go to sleep, you can close your eyes and take seven deep breaths following this method. Breathe in on "1", while inhaling say "and" and when exhaling say "2", inhale "and" exhale "3", inhale "and" exhale "4", inhale "and" exhale "5". Inhale "and" exhale "6", inhale "and" exhale "7" now just feel yourself relaxing and drifting off to a peaceful, restful sleep.

As you sleep through the night, you find that you feel more energetic, more cheerful and that you have more energy. So beginning tonight or tomorrow night or even a few nights from now, you are able to go to sleep without difficulty and you sleep well throughout the night. You wake up feeling good, positive, and ready for the day's activities. You come out of the hypnotic experience at the count of three feeling very good and confident. I count to three using reinforcing suggestions between each number.

HAND-TO-FACE FOR THERAPY: Have the client start with eyes closed and give a few suggestions for relaxation. In a moment I'm going to ask you to open your eyes and put your (right or left) hand up in front of your face with the palm of your hand toward you, and you will be able to look at your fingers and the palm of your hand. As I talk to you, you will continue experiencing a more soothing and peaceful relaxation coming over your whole body.

Open your eyes now and lift your hand up a little above eye level and press your fingers tightly together. You will become award of all the feelings and sensations in your fingers and hand, and you will keep experiencing a more peaceful, soothing sensation coming over your whole body. It keeps becoming easier for you to respond to the suggestions I tell you.

You can listen to the soothing sounds coming from the tape recorder and not even notice that other sounds and noises keep fading away, and your unconscious mind is listening only to the words I'm saying to you.

You will notice the feelings and sensations in your fingers and your hand, and your fingers will feel like they want to start spreading apart. Don't try to make them spread apart deliberately, and don't try to keep them from spreading apart. They will spread apart all by themselves, easily and gently. And as your fingers are spreading apart, you will notice that your eyes start feeling heavy, and your eyes keep feeling heavier and heavier. And your eyes feel like they want to close as you drift into a calm, peaceful, hypnotic state of relaxation.

You'll be experiencing a soothing drowsiness coming over your entire body, and your eyes are closing gently... Your eyes will soon close... It keeps becoming less and less important for your eyes to be open, and by the time your eyes close, you will be in a deep, calm, very peaceful hypnotic state...

Notice that your fingers want to spread apart, and you are letting the natural feelings happen... As your fingers are spreading apart you can notice that your eyes keep feeling heavier...

Being hypnotized is always a very pleasant...calm, soothing, very enjoyable...restful experience... (Pause).

(Note: After fingers have started spreading and eyes have started closing, continue as follows:)

In a moment, your (right-left) hand and arm will move toward your face, and you will keep drifting into an even deeper hypnotic state... Your hand and arm move toward your face, but you subconscious mind will not permit your hand to touch your face until your mind has worked out a solution to that problem...

You have been having difficulty going to sleep for some time now, and consciously you haven't been able to resolve it... I don't know what interferes with your ability to go to sleep, but the subconscious part of your mind of your mind does have the information... so your subconscious mind can review, examine, and explore the information in your mind and find out what has been causing that problem...

Your subconscious mind can review all the imprints, all the impressions, all the thoughts and ideas in your mind that have been causing that problem...and your mind can assess, evaluate, and understand that information now from a more knowledgeable, more relaxed, more calm, more mature point of view... and can work out a solution and resolve that problem rapidly and completely...

Your subconscious mind is reviewing that information thoroughly and understanding that it is okay to resolve that problem for now and forever... and when your mind has resolved that problem, then your mind will cause your hand to touch your face...

You are continuing to move into a deeper, more peaceful, more detached state... It feels good to keep relaxing more... Your mind is cooperating...and is reviewing that information, and is working out a very pleasant solution to that problem...and you are easily and gently moving into a more comfortable state of relaxation...

Your subconscious mind is hearing every word I say and is working out a pleasant solution without any conscious effort by you...

Your fingers have spread apart, and your subconscious mind is causing your hand to move toward your face, but your hand will not touch your face until your unconscious mind understands the causes and effects of what has been causing that problem and knows that it is okay for that problem to be resolved completely...

When your mind knows it is okay for this problem to be resolved then your hand will touch your face as a signal that the problem has been resolved... and you will really be pleased...

You are in a very deep, very calm, comfortable state now... By permitting your mind and body to relax through your own ability to concentrate on the words I say, you will notice later, after you awaken form the hypnotic state, that you will feel much better mentally and physically...

You're doing good... It feels good to continue relaxing... and later, when you awaken from the hypnotic state your whole body will feel good from the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet... Your hands, arms, and shoulders will be relaxed and comfortable... and you will be confident and happy...

Your subconscious mind is very sensitive to everything I say, and is hearing and receiving the suggestion I'm telling you... causing each suggestion to begin working immediately and continue working automatically as you go about your daily activities, and you experience many wonderful benefits from being in this comfortable, relaxed state of hypnosis...

You are continuing to learn more and more that your own subconscious mind is working out the solution to that problem... Your subconscious mind knows what to do... and is doing it in just the right way to resolve the problem completely...

Some of those experiences your mind is reviewing may not seem to make sense... yet quite often those are the ones that have the most meaningful effect in solving the problem (Healing your body) (Reducing your body down to _____ pounds)...

Past experiences that have been misunderstood unconsciously can now be understood from a different point of view and your mind is able to work out the solution to that problem in ways you do not consciously understand... So your subconscious mind is causing your hand and arm to continue moving toward your face to indicate that it is reviewing, examining and exploring the information that has been causing that problem and is working out the solution...

You already have all the ingredients, all the capabilities, all the skills that you need, and all the knowledge that you need to be completely cured from you troubles going to sleep...

(Continue on if hand has not touched face.)

Right now it may seem like you are experiencing some kind of a dilemma... You may not be consciously aware of what needs to be done to work out the solution of that problem, but that's one of the amazingly wonderful things about your unconscious mind... because, even though you do not consciously know what to do, your unconscious mind has all the knowledge it needs to work out the solution in a very pleasant way... and you unconscious mind is bringing that important information forward now, and is resolving that problem for now and forever...

Consciously you have decided that you want to go to sleep easily, comfortably, peacefully, and naturally... and you had the right to make that decision...

In the past there was something keeping that problem from being resolved... What ever it was that had been causing that problem will soon be changed... Your unconscious mind is understanding it form a more knowledgeable, more mature point of view, and knows that it is okay for that problem to be resolved completely and permanently...

That decision has got to come form you... and form your own mind... There is no need for it to come form me... because it is only when your mind makes that decision that the problem will be resolved...

You know that your mind is the only part of you that can cause the changes that are needed to resolve that problem... and your mind can cause those changes as you go about the activities of your daily life...

Your subconscious mind keeps your heart pumping the blood through your circulatory system, keeps you breathing, enable you digestive system to continue functioning properly, enables you to talk when you decide to talk, walk when you decide to walk, and has been doing thousands of other things that you conscious mind has not been consciously aware of... The importance of all this is realizing that you can trust your own unconscious mind to take care of you... and you can be sure your own mind is causing you to experience pleasant changes that are needed to resolve that problem...

You can trust your own mind to do what is needed to overcome that problem and all other problems when given proper guidance... and that's what you are doing now... Your mind is receiving the proper guidance needed to work out the solution... and you will be noticing the pleasant changes taking place...

(If hand has not touched the client's face by the time it is time for the session to be over, use "Therapy Between Sessions.")

THERAPY BETWEEN SESSIONS (Winkler): One of the amazing facts I have learned over the years hypnotizing many, people is that your subconscious mind can continue review, examining, and exploring the storehouse of your mind and work out solutions to problems even after you come out of the hypnotic state... As you proceed with your daily activities, your mind can be assessing information that is contained in the storehouse of your mind. And can understand that information from a completely different point of view than you had when the information went into your mind, and can work out the solution now from a more knowledgeable, more mature point of view.

So even after you come out from this hypnotic state, your subconscious mind can continue reviewing all imprints, impressions, thoughts, ideas and other information that has gone into your mind and had anything to do with causing that problem...And by the time you come back to be hypnotized again, your mind can have a pleasant solution all worked out in a way that easily enables you to overcome that problem... You mind is receiving these suggestions, the guidance and instructions I'm giving to you and is enabling you to continue improving rapidly...

In the past you may have had some doubts...but now those doubts are leaving, and all those doubts are soon gone completely...Those doubts are being replaced with a strong sense of confidence and sureness...You can be surprised at the way your confidence keeps improving more and more each day... As you are continuing to relax now, your subconscious mind can work out a way of revealing that you are in a deep hypnotic trance, and you will not need to consciously recognize it...Your subconscious mind can cause a response that is obvious to me, but not to you... One of your fingers may lift up, or your hand and arm may lift up...It can whatever your subconscious mind want to do to reveal that you are in a deep hypnotic trance without you being consciously aware of it...(Pause for a minute.) (note: After about a minute, even if there has been no noticeable response, continue as follows:)

You are really responding good to everything I tell you... You know and I know that we are having these sessions because you are determined to overcome that problem...It has controlled your way of life long enough, and you are determined that you relax that control and take control...Your subconscious mind understands that now, and realizes that you are serious about overcoming that problem... You have decided that you want your subconscious mind to understand that you are ready to get that problem resolved for now and forever...And you want the solution to be worked out in a way that is pleasing and acceptable to your conscious mind... So you are letting it be worked out by your subconscious mind, and you don't need to be thinking about it consciously anymore... From now on your conscious mind thinks about things that are pleasant and enjoyable to you, because your subconscious mind knows exactly what needs to be done to work out the solution to that problem in a very calm, peaceful way...

When you come back for your next session, you find that you quickly go into a deep hypnotic trance within a minute or two after you sit down in the chair here in my office... In the meantime, you notice some very pleasant changes taking place in your life as your subconscious mind works out the solution to your problem. And now you are ready to come out from the hypnotic state...In just a moment I count to three and you gradually come out a little with each number I say...When I reach the count of five, you open your eyes and feel wonderfully relaxed and refreshed, as though you have just awakened from a deep, sound, peaceful sleep, but it will in no way affect your ability to sleep tonight, in fact you will sleep better tonight than you have in years.

OVERCOME INSOMNIA #4 BLACKBOARD TECHNIQUE: Imagine in your mind's eyes a blackboard; there is chalk there, and clean brushes. You pick up the chalk there, and clean brushes. You pick up the chalk in one hand and in the middle of the blackboard you put the numeral '1', making it very nicely. That's right. Look at that for a few minutes, and then erase the '1' and up in the corner of the blackboard (I wonder which corner you'll choose?), up in the corner of the blackboard, you print the word 'sleep'; and you look at that for a time, and then erase it.

Now is the middle of the blackboard you put the numeral '2', enjoying the feeling in your had as you write that--nice, flowing lines--that's right. You look at that and then you erase it and up inn the corner of the blackboard, again, you print the word 'sleep', and you look at that, and erase it.

And in the middle of the blackboard you print the numeral '3'. I wonder how you'll make the '3'? With two half-circles, perhaps; I wonder if the upper one might be smaller or larger than the lower one, or the lower one smaller or larger than the upper one, or perhaps a straight line across the top, a straight line down diagonally, and then a curve--so many different ways to make the '3'. Look at the one you have chosen, then erase it and up in the corner, print the word 'sleep', paying particular attention to the 'ee's' in 'sleep'-- that's right--and then erase it.

Then in the middle of the blackboard you print the numeral '4'. Do you make the '4' with open lines or a closed triangle? There are so many different ways of writing '4'.

You continue this progression of printing a numeral and erasing it, and printing the word 'sleep', and erasing it--then another numeral and erase it, and so on. You are surprised to find yourself waking up in the morning! And it is always very interesting to think back on how many numerals one has written. It is very, very uncommon for people to have reached the number ten. You may be curious, if you decide to explored this particular approach, as to how many numerals you will have written before you find yourself waking up this morning.

There are other specific techniques to invoke and beckon sleep. For instance, sometimes it's kind of fun to find out how many words you can think of that have something to do with sleep and to spend time remembering those, thinking of words like sleep, sleeping, sleeper, drowsy, slumber, dream, dreamy, sometimes words like cozy, quilt, pillow, all the words you can think of tat have something to do with sleep. That's kind of a game to play.

Some people just enjoy wandering through a wonderful pathway where there are little side paths that take you to delightful places; and each place the pathway takes you to, has something very comfortable to do with sleep. One path might take you to a hammock, for instance; another path might take you to a basket where a kitten is sleeping. Things like that, each little path, each little byway taking you to a special place that has something very special to do with sleep. You can ask your subconscious to lead you to those palaces, so you could enjoy, over the next few weeks or months, exploring all those various possibilities and finding out which ones work best for you, adding your own special inner knowledge to make those approaches very personal for you.

You know a lot about sleeping. Your body knows how to sleep--it has known how to sleep since before you were born! Let your body, and your subconscious mind, become reacquainted with that deep inner knowledge. Your conscious mind, your thinking mind, can d whatever it wants to do, while your subconscious mind and your body renew this acquaintanceship. You may be aware of some of the warm, cozy feelings that the renewal evokes--you can be interested in those feelings, in your own awareness. Just let the feelings flow by, easily ad gently, that's right.

We know that all patterns begin for a purpose; so, for some purpose, some reason which may still remain a mystery to your conscious mind, your inner, deeper mind thought that you needed to stay awake, or sleep very, very lightly. Maybe it still thinks so. Maybe it is doing its best to keep that pattern for you because it still thinks that it is needed! Tell your subconscious min, and your body, that it is alright now to let that old, interrupted sleep pattern go, to be finished and put away, and that you now need a new, comfortable sleep pattern for the present, and for the future.

Perhaps, in time, it will be alright for your subconscious mind to comfortably let you be aware of what that old necessity was. For now, enjoy the beginning of a new, useful pattern, and look forward to refreshing, restoring, replenishing sleep, every night.

1 UP TO 20 -- COMING OUT OF HYPNOSIS: (Script found in "Pain Management and Enhancing Healing Protocol)

THIRD SESSION: (SCRIPTS OF THIRD SESSION):

INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSAL KNOWLEDGE: So let yourself continue relaxing now as I give you some suggestions that enables you to move to a level of awareness most conducive to meditation. As I talk to you, it keeps becoming less and less important for you to consciously listen to my voice. You begin feeling yourself drifting away, and you find that drifting can occur quite rapidly.

You may soon drift into a state that is similar to a deep dreaming state, or a state much like the state you are in just before you go to sleep. Notice the soothing music in the background as you continue drifting into a drowsier, more peaceful state of complete relaxation... Remembering that when you dream; sometimes you can remember much of the dream, sometimes only a part, sometime you are only aware that you dreamed but do not remember what you dreamed, and sometime you dream and do not even realize that you dreamed.

You are continuing to drift into a deeper dreaming state, and you may begin having a feeling of floating as though you are safely floating on a soft, fluffy, white cloud completely safe and secure as you notice the beautiful landscape beneath you and the beautiful blue sky and cloud formations above you.

Without noticing it, you are continuing to become more calm and relaxed; experiencing a feeling of peace and serenity; letting yourself experience and enjoy perfect peace of mind. This is such a wonderful, pleasant, soothing experience, that you are becoming more relaxed, more calm, more peaceful, and more at ease, as you float gently and safely on your soft, fluffy, white cloud.

During the night, when you are sleeping, you can dream and in your dreams you can see, hear, move, and experience a variety of activities. In the same way, you can now experience more and more, a variety of sensations that can be of great value to you.

As you continue drifting on a soft, gently, white cloud you may begin noticing a beautiful building off in the distance. The cloud is gradually carrying you toward that beautiful building. (Pause) You are gradually approaching the most beautiful building you have ever seen. Your expectation is growing as you move closer to the building. (Pause) You may soon begin noticing a sign in front of the building. It says: INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSAL KNOWLEDGE. The white soft fluffy cloud settles down on the ground right at the steps which lead to the front door of the INSTITUTE OF UNIVERSAL KNOWLEDGE. You up the steps and open the door.

When you enter the building, you find that conditions are perfect to enable your mind to be turned in to God consciousness, and you are in direct contact with universal knowledge, truth, wisdom and understanding.

When you are inside the building, you may notice a variety of wonderful sensations. You may notice a wonderful aroma...a feeling of peace and contentment...a pleasant warmth...a strong feeling of love, and a feeling of oneness with God...

Inside the room there are three large windows you may notice...and a door. There is one window that you can look through that knows the experiences from your past, and enable you to understand them clearly. A second window reveals the solution to problems and answers to questions, a third exposes future events that can be of value to you and the door says "The Healing Room." You walk over to the window of the past and as you look out of the window of the past, you can see any experience of the past that contributes your difficulty in going to sleep. You can look at that experience or those experiences, see them from more mature point of view and realize any negative they have for you or any block that prevents you from going to sleep easily, comfortably, peacefully, and naturally. Take as much time as you need in the next one minute of clock time to explore the past, let it speak to you and realize its power over you so that you got to sleep easily, comfortably, peacefully, and naturally. Now, you move to the door which has the sign "The Healing Room" and you enter the room. There is a bed and you lie down on it. A healing worm light surrounds you and you feel the healing powers of the Creator bring health and healing to you. As you lie there, you hear a voice. "The sleep chemical in your brain are being activated so that you can go into a peaceful, natural, restful state of sleep whenever you want to sleep.

OVERCOME INSOMNIA: You were born with the ability to sleep at any time you needed sleep... When you were a baby, you didn't thin about sleeping or staying awake... When you needed sleep, you would automatically go to sleep... That's an ability you were born with, and that means it's an ability you still have...

You have the natural ability to go to sleep easily and quickly... When you desire to sleep, you can sleep even if it is noisy... you can sleep even if there is light in the room... And you can sleep comfortably regardless of your emotional state at the time when you go to bed...

There are many people who go to sleep almost as soon as they get into bed... and you are just as capable of going to sleep quickly and easily...

It keeps becoming easier for you to relax and go into a deep sleep any time you desire to sleep... you can go to sleep just as easily as you did when you were a baby...

You can go to sleep easily in any position, and in any surroundings... you can go to sleep even if it is noisy, and you can sleep comfortably even if there is light on in the room or if it is totally dark...

Your subconscious mind has an amazing capacity for learning rapidly. Your mind already knows what to dot to enable you to go to sleep quickly and easily, and can enable you to sleep comfortably and soundly...

When you desire to sleep, you sleep normally, natural, awakening when it is appropriate for you to wake up or when someone wakes you.

If something happens during the night while you are sleeping that makes it necessary for you to awaken, you awaken immediately... and when you are ready to go back to sleep you are able to do so rapidly.

You can sleep as long as you wish, and awaken at the time when you want to awaken...

Right now, your are relaxing in a hypnotic state, and you are learning that it is easy for you to go to sleep and sleep peacefully and calmly... You have rapidly learned to go into a hypnotic state of relaxation, and you are realizing that it is just as easy for you to go to sleep anytime you go to bed for the purpose of sleeping.

Whenever you want to go to sleep, you close your eyes and breathe deeply and exhale slowly seven times...

Each time you inhale you feel yourself becoming drowsier, and each time you exhale, you continue becoming more relaxed.

After breathing deeply and exhaling slowly seven times, begin counting backwards in your mind slowly form one-hundred... each time you try to think of the next number you continue becoming drowsier... and the numbers keep fading away, and soon disappear and you drift into a deep, peaceful, sound, restful sleep...

That's how easy it is to go into a deep, sound, peaceful sleep, you breathe deeply and exhale slowly seven times, and then begin counting slowly back from one hundred in your mind.

As you continue doing that each night, you automatically keep going to sleep more quickly... the numbers keep fading away more rapidly each time you use this method to go to sleep... and you always go into a peaceful, calm, restful sleep state as the number fade away...

While you are sleeping, your body is relaxed and comfortable... You sleep peacefully until it is time for you to awaken... unless there is some emergency which requires you to awaken..

Emergencies are rare... But if something makes it necessary for you to awaken, you will awaken easily and alert... You do what is necessary and then, when you are ready to go back to sleep, you do so even more easily than you did before you awakened...

Each time you are ready to go to sleep, it keeps becoming easier... and it always is easy for you to awaken when it is time for you to awaken...

During the day you feel more energetic, more cheerful, and experience increased vitality... Your energy increases, and your health continues improving more each day.

purpose of sleeping, and awaken each morning feeling rested and refreshed, you will follow this routine each night when you are ready to go to sleep:

Begin by closing your eyes, then let the muscles in your upper eyelids relax to the best of your ability... Let them keep relaxing until your eyelids feel like they want to remain shut.. When you have them completely relaxed, test them to be sure they remain shut... Then let them relax even more... Let every muscle, every nerve in your eyelids become even more relaxed, and then feel that relaxation moving through your entire body, from your eyelids all the way down to the tips of your toes...

As your eyelids and the muscles, ligaments, and tendons in your body continue becoming more relaxed, without even noticing it, you drift into a deep, peaceful, restful, very comfortable state of sleep... While you are sleeping you are relaxed and calm... You sleep until it's time for you to awaken.

It is easy for you to relax and go to sleep by using this technique of closing your eyelids and letting them become so relaxed they feel like they want to remain shut, and then by letting that relaxation move through your entire body, from your eyelids down to the tips of your toes... Each night, when you use this technique, you continue drifting into a natural, peaceful state of sleep more smoothly, more easily, and more quickly...

You sleep calmly and peaceful until it is time for you to awaken, unless some emergency arises and you need to awaken... If an emergency arises during the night, you awaken easily... You take care of the situation, and then when you are ready to go back to sleep, you use the same technique you used before awakening, and you drift into a state a sleep more easily than you did before the emergency...

When you awaken each morning, you feel refreshed, and eager to begin another day... During the day yo are energetic and strong. You enjoy the activities of the day... You are enthusiastic about all the activities you participate in each day...

Each night, when you are ready to go to sleep, the moment you close your eyes, you think only about the peacefulness of letting the muscles, ligaments and tendons in and around your eyelids relax.. you experience the calming flow of God's peace moving throughout your entire being... You feel the easy, smooth flow of spiritual currents soothing you into a peaceful state of sleep... Without even noticing it, you quickly drift into a normal, natural state of sleep...
